Had very good stay for business trip with pleasant staff and unbeatable location in the neighborhood of Bonn-Tannenbusch.

It was fairly clean, I would like to stay longer. Property was convenient, with nice staff and peaceful location to a shopping center. Location: the hotel was really close to the underground from the central station and a subway station.

This place is in a great location, just a short walk to public transportation and nearby attractions, making it easily accessible.

1. check-out took for ages as there was a big lane of people and only 1 person doing the checking out. You should know that approx. at 8am there will be lots of people checking out. I arrived late to my meeting because of this. 2. the hot / cold water in the shower did not worked properly and it was very hard to adjust it to the desired temperature.

The hotel is near a metro station. A kitchenette was a big plus. In the center of the city, very convenient. Perfect for city break

The single room had all the necessary facilities, and the hotel is conveniently located near the tram line connecting to Koeln and Bonn.

Take your own tea for there is a kettle for morning tea. The room/apartment is equipped with a small kitchenette where simple meals can be prepared. It also has a frig. Everything is scrupiously clean. Do not expect a proper bath; the shower doubles up as a slipper bath. The reception staff are helpful and informative. A couple visiting Bonn (a fine city) on a budget would find this hotel excellent value foir money, provided that they have a car or are prepared to pay 9 Euro for a 4 journey return trip to the centre. The station is conveniently close to the hotel. The hotel has free underground parking.

The hotel was near Tannenbusch Mitte metro station, a shopping center, and the Acora Bonn. We had a neat room with a safe, central heating, and a work desk.

The wifi connection which was billed 17€ for a few hours never went above 10kbps. I recorded speed tests which I make available to you if you require. 15Years ago people were using modems at 56kbps. 7 kbps (my average) was therefore absolutely useless. I complained at the reception the next day. Of course it was operated by Swisscom and was not your responibility. If you offer a service it is your responsibility to take care the service works. I feel seriously ripped off by this and will be likely to chose a competitor next time for this reason.
