Good clean quiet rooms. The hotel is not far from the train line into the Bonn city centre. The staff were helpful.

My wi-fi internet time did not last as long as they said it would, and got used up when I was logged out (it was supposed to last 24 hours). But the people at reception were helpful, and a phone call to the internet provider fixed this. But I also thought 8 euros for an hour was very expensive. The reception person did not at first understand that we wanted a queen mattress, meaning one big mattress, not two twin singles put together. But that was eventually sorted out and we got the big bed we had booked.
